London Clay, sustainably sourced from Wood Vale in East Dulwich, is processed to form artist’s clay to create sculptures as part of the How does our garden grow? exhibition, which responds to data recorded by volunteers in the citizen science art project of the same name.

Be part of our community and join us in a citizen science art project from May to June 2024. Simply leave an area of your garden, lawn or land untouched to encourage flora to grow, and identify the new plants that appear with a simple-to-use free app. If you don’t have your own outdoor space, you can volunteer to help record plant growth in public spaces in the catchment area of Friern Manor Farm Estate.
